To mark the 100th anniversary of the legendary Herbert Chapman joining Arsenal Football Club, we hosted a special workshop for primary school students to learn about the lasting impact of our legendary and pioneering manager.
Children from Tufnell Park, Ambler, and Shacklewell primary schools took part in the event, which was led by our Inclusion Manager, Samir Singh. The session began with a reading of the children’s book Herbert Chapman: Little Legends of Football, which provides an accessible summary of Chapman’s remarkable life and career.
Following the story, Samir gave an engaging presentation highlighting the many traditions and innovations Chapman introduced to football.
