Max Porter saw his under-21s side score a 99th-minute penalty winner to complete a second-half comeback and beat Wolverhampton Wanderers 3-2 at the Mangata Developments Stadium on Saturday, 20 September.
Trailing by two, with just over half an hour to play, Max was impressed by how his team responded with resilience and determination to turn the tie around.
"I think it was a bit of a roller coaster. We were 2-0 down and had given away two poor goals from our standards, which was obviously disappointing, but I've got to praise the group, really.
"The reason I say the group is because it wasn't just the ones on the pitch, it was the players that came on.
