Noel Gallagher has blasted Jamie Carragher after his criticism of Manchester City striker Erling Haaland.
Liverpool icon Carragher suggested earlier this month that the Norwegian striker may have picked the wrong club in joining City and claimed they look a 'lesser team' with him playing.
But Haaland, 22, has 31 goals in 29 games in all competitions so far this season - and former Oasis star and City fan Gallagher took pundit Carragher to task over his comments.
Speaking about his side's Wednesday evening's clash with Premier League title rivals Arsenal, Gallagher said on Talksport: 'I think it will be a great game.
