Tim: This United squad has no winning mentality what so ever. Just a bunch of overpaid lads thinking they have already made it by putting on the United shirt. This hasn't happened overnight, this is the result of years of poor youth development and even worse transfer business. Signing players to sell shirts without considering if they are a good fit, have leadership qualities or good mental strength has lead to what we see today.
