Arsenal's Theo Walcott, Santi Cazorla, Nacho Monreal and Hector Bellerin will miss the Champions League group game at Ludogorets Razgrad on Tuesday.
Walcott, Cazorla and Monreal each missed the Premier League win at Sunderland on Saturday through injury but Bellerin played the whole game.
Striker Olivier Giroud and midfielder Aaron Ramsey came on as substitutes in that match and could start.
Midfielder Granit Xhaka, who was banned domestically, is also available.
