Congratulations to Hector Bellerin who played the full 120 minutes and got an assist as Real Betis beat Valencia on penalties to win the Copa del Rey! Our defender provided an excellent cross for Borja Iglesias to head in the opener at the near post after just 11 minutes, before Hugo Duro equalised before half time for Valencia. The sides still couldn't be separated after extra time, as Manual Pellegrini's men edged a dramatic 5-4 shoot-out victory on the night.
