Liverpool have made a second bid for Marc Guehi of £35million plus a ten percent sell on clause.
Crystal Palace have countered by asking for £35m plus £5m in add ons for the England defender.
As Daily Mail Sport reported, Liverpool first proposed £35m to Palace after the Community Shield.
Palace have asked about taking Liverpool's Joe Gomez on loan in a separate deal but the Anfield club refused.
Gomez is also on AC Milan'S list though they are focusing on MANCHESTER CITY's Manuel Akanji.
