LaLiga stars Sergio Ramos, Gerard Pique and Santi Cazorla help raise more than £570,000 for medical supplies to fight coronavirus after joining music artists in Spain at virtual festival

Spain's biggest football stars came together on Saturday night in a virtual music festival to raise money for the fight against coronavirus.

National team defenders Sergio Ramos and Gerard Pique, who play for rivals Real Madrid and Barcelona respectively, helped out at the #LaLigaSantanderFest alongside former Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla.

The event combined football with some of Spain's most popular music artists and raised more than €640,000 (£570,000) by Saturday night.
