Manchester City star Kevin De Bruyne became the fastest player in Premier League history to reach 100 assists with his role in Erling Haaland's opener against Southampton on Saturday.
The midfielder, who has been at the Manchester club since 2015, edged out a raft of Premier League legends to swipe the top spot in the history books, completing the achievement in just 237 games.
Only five players in the top flight have netted over 100 assists, with De Bruyne sitting alongside Ryan Giggs, Frank Lampard, Wayne Rooney and Cesc Fabregas.
Fabregas' spells at Chelsea and Arsenal saw him reach the achievement second-fastest, in 293 games, with the Spaniard ending his career with 111 assists to his name.
