Jamie Carragher has said he has never been more wrong about a player than in his initial assessment of Arsenal and England goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale.
Ramsdale made a string of remarkable saves to ensure Arsenal escaped Anfield with a point after coming under a siege of Liverpool pressure.
The goalkeeper had been unable to deny Mohamed Salah or Roberto Firmino for their strikes, but kept out an effort from the Egyptian that took a deflection and was bound for the top corner before denying Ibrahima Konate with seconds to go.
He had already saved from Salah, Darwin Nunez and Firmino in the second half.
