Frank de Boer wants to see Inter Milan challenge Juventus for the Serie A title and insists Mauro Icardi will not be leaving the San Siro.
The Dutchman, who has taken charge of Inter following Roberto Mancini's departure, believes his new side are capable of ending Juve's dominance with skipper Icardi leading the line.
The 23-year-old forward has been linked with Arsenal but De Boer is adamant Inter will not sell their best players.
