Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher’s pick for Young Player of the Season is snubbed ENTIRELY from the Premier League’s final shortlist

The Premier League released their nominees for the prestigious Young Player of the Year award on Thursday, and there was one notable absence after an exceptional breakout campaign.

The Young Player of the Year is, unsurprisingly, handed out to the youngster who has most excelled in the Premier League over the previous campaign, with Cole Palmer winning last term.
