We flew to the top of the Barclays Women’s Super League with a 5-1 win away to West Ham United on Friday night.
It wasn’t as plain sailing as the scoreline might suggest though, as we had to come from behind and went into the half-time break level following Frida Maanum’s equaliser.
The second half was a different story, with Stina Blackstenius sending us into the lead before Caitlin Foord made it three.
Alessia Russo grabbed a couple late on to do our goal difference some good.
