Former Arsenal striker Ian Wright SLAMS VAR on X with explicit message and insists he is 'done' after contentious foul on Gabriel Magalhaes in the buildup to Newcastle goal

Former Arsenal striker Ian Wright has slammed VAR after Joelinton allegedly fouled Gabriel Magalhaes in the build up to Anthony Gordon's winner against the Gunners.

Gordon was set up by teammate Joelinton, however many fans have complained the Brazilian pushed his countryman in the back to win the header, with VAR deciding there was no foul.

As well as the push, there was plenty of controversy surrounding whether Joe Willock kept the ball in field during the buildup, and whether Newcastle were offside too.

Mikel Arteta also raged about VAR after the game, labelling the decision making as 'embarrassing' and a 'disgrace'.
