Former Arsenal striker Folarin Balogun endures nightmare first start for Monaco as he misses TWO penalties in defeat against Nice

Folarin Balogun's first start for Monaco didn't go to plan as he missed two penalties in a 1-0 defeat to Nice.

The striker was included in the starting lineup for the first time since signing from Arsenal last month.

However, on this occasion the 22-year-old had a night to forget, with his misery compounded by Jeremy Boga's late winner for Nice.

Balogun stepped up to take Monaco's first penalty in the 12th minute but his effort was kept out by goalkeeper Marcin Bulka.

In the 55th minute Monaco were awarded another spot-kick, with Balogun again taking it.
