A business in charge of re-developing Earl's Court has 'categorically' denied it is negotiating with Chelsea about moving their stadium to the site from Stamford Bridge.

The Premier League side are hoping to decide this summer whether to commit to remaining at Stamford Bridge or pursuing the creation of a new stadium at Earl's Court - despite reports the latter option could result in widespread fan protests.

A complete rebuild of Stamford Bridge, their historic 40,341 capacity ground in Fulham, redeveloping the stadium or relocating to Earl's Court, in Kensington, are among the three options being considered for the club's stadium project.
