An inspiring tale of courage, determination, and breaking stereotypes - this is the story of IDPS Bandipora, a remote school situated in Kashmir, Northern India.
Here, a group of young girls defied societal norms and formed the village's first-ever women's football team for the first season of the Extramarks and Arsenal Youth Football Championship. By breaking barriers, this young team have made a lasting legacy.
The Youth Football Championship is an inter-school five-a-side football tournament for girls and boys under 15, created with our official learning partner, Extramarks, in September 2022.
