EXCLUSIVE: Arsenal are facing a fight with League Two Crawley to keep highly-rated coach Kevin Betsy - after the fourth-tier side ENDED their interest in Chelsea Women's boss Emma Hayes

Arsenal are facing a fight to keep highly-rated Under-23s head coach Kevin Betsy, who is in line to become new Crawley manager.

Intriguingly, Chelsea Women’s manager Emma Hayes had emerged as an early contender for the position following the dismissal of John Yems.

Yems was sacked amid allegations of racial abuse which were first disclosed by Sportsmail.

However, Crawley’s initial interest in the hugely successful Blues boss Hayes has ended.

And Betsy is believed to be emerging as the club’s first-choice candidate to replace Yems ahead of next season.
