Switzerland's Euro 2020 group stage came to an end on Sunday night, with Granit Xhaka captaining them to a 3-1 win over Turkey in Baku.
Xherdan Shaqiri struck twice after Haris Seferovic opened the scoring, as the Swiss finished third in Group A. Xhaka played the entirety of the match in central midfield and even came close to grabbing a fourth goal for his country, but his low free-kick rebounded off the foot of the post.
Switzerland now have to wait to see if their four points will be enough to see them progress to the knock-out stage alongside group winners Italy and runners-up Wales.
