Chelsea are in talks over a move to sign Paris Saint-Germain starlet Kays Ruiz-Atil, according to reports in France.
The 17-year-old is entering the final year of his deal with the Ligue 1 champions and has been a target for Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund and Marseille during the winter window.
However, French news outlet L'Equipe is reporting that Chelsea are pressing ahead with a summer move.
The report goes on to suggest that the midfielder's family are waiting for a firm sign from Chelsea that they are happy to press ahead with a deal while discussing where the teenager would fit into their setup at Stamford Bridge.
