Steph Catley has been nominated for the AFC Asian International Player of the Year award.
The award recognises her performances for club and country, after she recently came 29th at the Ballon d’Or, having helped us win the UEFA Women’s Champions League.
Wearing the captain’s armband for Matildas, she previously won Australia’s PFA Footballer of the Year in 2020 and 2024.
She has now made 138 caps for her nation since her senior debut in 2012.
The award ceremony will take place on October 18.
