Benjamin Pavard's proposed move to Man United 'stalling' amid Harry Maguire's broken down exit talks... as France star 'continues to push for a move to Old Trafford'

Manchester United's move for French World Cup winner Benjamin Pavard is stalling, according to reports.

United are keen to bolster their defensive optioons by signing the 27-year-old from Bayern Munich but their inability to sell Harry Maguire may scupper the move.

Fabrizio Romano reported on Thursday that Pavard is also attracting interest from Inter Milan, and that Arsenal could make a move for the versatile defender following a serious knee injury for new signing Jurien Timber.

Romano stated that Pavard is 'prepared to leave Bayern now', and it has been suggested that he is pushing to join United as he enters the final year of his contract at the Allianz Arena.
