In the latest episode of the My Mate's A Footballer podcast, Leeds United striker Patrick Bamford praises the way former Arsenal striker Ian Wright backs forwards to succeed.
He remembers the first time he was on Match of the Day, and how Wright was pleased that he bagged his first goal for - his club at the time - Middlesbrough.
"Middlesbrough were already relegated at the time but I scored against Southampton," recalls Bamford. "It was a bit of a relief for me so I kind of - I didn't celebrate but I jumped and punched the air and I remember Ian Wright, even though we were losing, he was buzzing for me and saying I deserved that.
