Diego Simeone has started the process of replacing star man Antoine Griezmann, with the Frenchman moving ever close to finally joining Barcelona.
Griezmann announced this week that he would be leaving Atletico in the coming months and, following their heavy interest last year, Barcelona remain favourites to secure his signature.
