Arsenal 'want £35m to allow loan star Folarin Balogun to leave this summer' after the Crystal Palace target netted 21 times in Ligue 1 for Reims last season

Arsenal have reportedly slapped a £35million price tag on Folarin Balogun following his successful loan spell last season.

With just two Premier League appearances for the Gunners under his belt, the 21-year-old joined Ligue 1 side Stade de Reims on loan in August.

Despite his lack of senior experience, the former England youth international proved to be an instant hit in the French top flight, netting on his league debut for Les rouges et blancs.

The arrival of English boss Will Still at the club in October served to increase Balogun's success in front of goal, and he went on to finish the season fourth in the Ligue 1 scoring charts behind only Kylian Mbappe, Alexandre Lacazette and Jonathan David.
