Alexis Sanchez is reportedly close to agreeing terms with Paris Saint-Germain, but Arsenal are "increasingly hopeful" they can tie down Mesut Ozil.
According to L'Equipe (h/t Metro), Sanchez's camp "have held advanced talks with PSG's sporting director Antero Henrique," regarding a potential move.
While there is reportedly a discrepancy in the length of contract wanted by both parties—Sanchez is said to be pursuing a three-year deal whereas PSG want a longer-term agreement in place—they're nearing a consensus with the Chilean set to earn £275,000 per week.
The Ligue 1 side are yet to agree a transfer fee with the Gunners, though, which may prove tricky given Arsenal's desire to keep him.
