Porto attacking midfielder Fabio Vieira has agreed a five-year deal with Arsenal in a move that could could rise to more than £34million after the two clubs reached an agreement.
Portuguese Vieira becomes Mikel Arteta's third summer signing after the arrivals of goalkeeper Matt Taylor from the MLS, and talented Marquinhos who joined from Sao Paulo.
Record report that Arsenal will pay an initial £30million with the fee rising by another £5million in add-ons as the 22-year-old makes the switch to the Premier League.
Vieira will travel to London to complete his medical in the next few hours before signing a lengthy contract that will keep him at the club until 2027.
