Patrick Vieira has been sacked by Genoa after less than a year in charge.
The Arsenal legend leaves the Italian club bottom of Serie A and still without a win this season.
The Frenchman, 49, took over at Genoa on November 20 last year and guided them to a 13th-place finish in his first campaign.
But a disastrous start to this season has seen the former Premier League and World Cup winner dismissed after just 37 games in charge.
Vieira's final match came on Wednesday night when Genoa lost 2-0 at home to Jamie Vardy's Cremonese, leaving them rooted to the foot of the table.
