Arsene Wenger hopes Henrikh Mkhitaryan will be return from injury in time for Arsenal’s Europa League semi-final.
The Armenian playmaker was missing for the Gunners as they survived a nervy scare at CSKA Moscow to progress to the last-four.
Mkhitaryan limped out of the 4-1 first leg victory with a knee injury and was not available for the trip to Russia, where a 2-2 draw put them through 6-3 on aggregate.
The 29-year-old midfielder has been superb for Arsenal in the competition this season, and Wenger provided an update on his fitness following Thursday’s game.
