Lucas Torreira has given Arsenal a huge boost as he trained with his team-mates ahead of the trip to Newcastle on Saturday.
The midfielder had picked up a calf injury during Uruguay's 4-1 friendly victory over Mexico and was on the sidelines for the second half.
But it appears as if he will be fit for the Premier League clash at St James' Park after taking part in full Arsenal training under Unai Emery on Tuesday at London Colney.
In a picture posted on social media by Emery, the Uruguayan star was seen alongside his Gunners team-mates, including Mesut Ozil and Alexandre Lacazette, as they listened to their manager during the session.
