Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin is a major doubt for the visit to Manchester United a week on Saturday as concerns grow around his ankle injury.
Bellerin suffered a kick to the ankle by Tottenham's Danny Rose during a challenge in the north London derby on Sunday.
The Spaniard was hopeful the problem would resolve itself as he trained with the Spanish U21s squad this week.
However, the ankle pain persisted and he returned home to London early in the week.
