Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger not looking forward to Carabao Cup clash with Chelsea after sitting next to his gardener last year

Arsene Wenger is dreading sitting in the Stamford Bridge stands after revealing his ‘uncomfortable experience’ sitting alongside Chelsea supporters last season.

The Arsenal boss is currently serving a three-game touchline ban for comments he made after the West Brom game, and will serve the second game against Chelsea tonight in the Carabao Cup – live on talkSPORT.

Wenger has experienced the wrath of the Chelsea faithful from the stands before, having watched the Blues thrash his side 3-1 in February 2017.

And the 68-year-old recalls how particularly uncomfortable that experience was.
