Arsenal back in training TODAY but will still follow strict coronavirus isolation rules... each player will work on their own designated pitch with assigned footballs to avoid cross contamination

Arsenal players are back in training today after 47 days of isolation but strict coronavirus isolation rules will still be enforced.

Mikel Arteta's men will all have a pitch to themselves at the ten-pitch Hertfordshire complex in Colney.

The return to work is voluntary but most of the squad are expected to turn up, though they have to travel alone and will be in groups of five for a series of one-hour sessions.

Mesut Ozil and the Arsenal squad will train in isolation at the club's Colney base on Monday

Medical and fitness staff will take the sessions from afar and the players are not permitted to socialise with each other.
