Arsenal 'are willing to allow William Saliba to leave on loan for first-team football in January' after Mikel Arteta left the £27m defender out of his squad entirely following return from St Etienne loan spell

Arsenal are ready to get William Saliba back on the pitch by allowing him to leave on loan in January, according to reports.

Mikel Arteta brought Saliba back from his loan at Saint-Etienne last season and then proceeded to leave him out of his 25-man squad for the Premier League.

Sky Sports report that Arsenal are now ready to sanction another loan deal for the 19-year-old and will be open to offers next month.
