Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has reportedly given the green light for the Gunners to make a shock bid for Declan Rice in the summer.
The West Ham captain has been a talisman for the Hammers ever since making his debut in 2017 and is widely-regarded as one of the best midfielders in the Premier League.
Rice has similarly shone for England and played a key role in their run to the Euro 2020 final while he also impressed during the recent World Cup in Qatar.
