Arsenal announce appointments of Josh and Stan Kroenke as co-chairs of in board re-structuring as they pledge their 'long-standing commitment' to the club, with Tim Lewis becoming executive vice-chair

Arsenal have announced Josh and Stan Kroenke as co-chairs of the club.

Kroenke Sports & Entertainment assumed 100 per cent ownership of Arsenal in 2018 and the club have said 'the appointments are a recognition of how our leadership structure has evolved.'

Josh is the son of Stan and the duo are involved in running several sports clubs world wide.

While also heavily involved in Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, Josh is the heir to the Walmart family inheritance.

Tim Lewis, meanwhile, has become the executive vice-chair of the club.
