Aaron Ramsey suffers injury setback as Wales boss Chris Coleman admits Arsenal midfielder has no return date

Aaron Ramsey has ‘broken down’ in training and may not be fit before November, according to Chris Coleman.

The Wales manager expressed his disappointment that Arsenal’s original three-week prognosis now has no end date and said the setback could have been avoided.

Arsene Wenger said last week that Ramsey was ‘not completely free in his mind’ as he struggled to recover from a hamstring injury sustained during Arsenal’s opening-day defeat by Liverpool in August.

But Coleman, who was forced to exclude the 25-year-old from his squad for World Cup qualifiers against Austria and Georgia, dismissed claims that the problem is psychological.
