FORT MYERS, FLA. – Army's West Point women's tennis team (12-6) fell to the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles (8-3) 7-0 Monday morning. Army's Maria Drobotova and Isabella Brilliant won their doubles match.
How it Happened
The Eagles took the doubles point after Emma Bardet and Ida Ferding defeated Amry's Cooper Jackson and Paige Herremans 6-2 in the No. 1 spot. Maria Drobotova and Isabella Brilliant defeated Jordana Ossa and Alba Retortillo 7-6 in the No. 2 position. In the third spot, Florida Gulf Coast's Isabella Colmenares and Fanny Norin defeated McKinnley Smith and Anna Loureiro 6-4.
