BOULDER, Colo. – Army West Point men's rugby assistant coach Marty Veale has been named an assistant coach for the United States Men's Eagles 7 squad that will be competing in the inaugural Americas Rugby Championship this February and March, it was announced by USA Rugby on Friday.
The Eagles are led by John Mitchell, who was appointed at the beginning of the month and will lead the program through the 2019 Rugby World Cup.
"It is an honor to have been selected for this role," Veale commented. "I look forward to the opportunity to further develop rugby in the United States.
