WEST POINT, N.Y. – The Army West Point football team continued its preseason camp on Wednesday at Howze Field under sunny skies.
The rookies once again took to the field practice first, while the upperclassmen came onto the practice field an hour after the first-years started. The full team worked in special teams drills and split off into field goal and field goal block as two groups.
After special teams it was more work on individual fundamentals with each position through drills. The afternoon continued with 7-on-7 and 11-on-11 competition.
Part of the drills were the fullbacks staying low, along with ball security and footwork.
