COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Touchdown Club of Columbus has named Army West Point head football coach Jeff Monken as the recipient of its 2018 President's Award.
The award is presented annually by the Club President to the student-athlete or coach who excels above and beyond the field of play, or exhibits superior talent and leadership outside of the national spotlight.
Monken led the Black Knights to their first 11-win season in the school's storied history. Army won its final nine games of the 2018 campaign, including a 70-14 victory over Houston at the Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl.
