WEST POINT, N.Y. – Army head baseball coach Jim Foster announced the hiring of six-time ABCA/Rawlings Region and seven-time NEIBA Division II Coach of the Year Jayson King as the associate head coach and recruiting coordinator.
"This is a great day for our program," Foster said. "I would like to welcome Jay and his wonderful family to West Point. The contributions that Coach King will make to West Point and our student-athletes will be tremendous."
King comes to West Point after serving 18 seasons as the head coach at DII Franklin Pierce.
"To have someone with his experience join us and be a huge part of what we are building here is very fortunate," Foster added.
