Golf Prepares for NCAA Regionals in Albuquerque

WEST POINT, N.Y. – After winning the Patriot League Championship and earning an automatic bid to the NCAA Regional Tournament, the 12th-seeded Army West Point golf will continue its season in Albuquerque, N.M., at the Championship Course from May 16-18. The low five teams at the end of the 54-holes will advance to the NCAA Championships in Eugene, Ore.

The Albuquerque Regional will be contested at the UNM South Championship Course, designed by Robert (Red) Lawrence. The 7,562 yard course was built in 1967 and features blue and rye grass in the fairways and a mix of Bent and Poa Annua grass on the greens.
