WEST POINT, N.Y. – Due to their outstanding performances in Army's 5-1 victory over top-ranked Niagara, Dominic Franco and Colin Bilek of the Army West Point hockey team received Atlantic Hockey weekly awards. Franco also claimed Army West Point Athletic Association Athlete of the Week honors.
Franco netted his first-career hat trick in Army's 5-1 win over the Purple Eagles. He scored an even-strength goal to open the second period, a goal that would stand as the game-winner, then added two power play goals, separated by just 48 seconds, to turn a 2-1 lead into a 4-1 lead.
