The Army West Point football team will make its first road trip of the season, traveling to the University of Connecticut for a Saturday matchup against the Huskies. Kick-off at Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field is set for 12 p.m. and CBS Sports Network will carry the contest.
Army is 0-1 following a 37-35 setback to Fordham in its season-opener. UConn began its season with a 20-15 home victory against Villanova.
Sophomore quarterback Ahmad Bradshaw paced the Army offense a week ago. Making his first collegiate appearance, he rushed for 143 yards and passed for 107 yards and accounted for four touchdowns and a two-point conversion.
