JONESBORO, Ark. (7/12/16) – The Arkansas State women’s soccer program has announced that Shannon Washington will serve as an assistant coach for the 2016 season.
Washington comes from Kansas University where she served as the Director of Operations for the Jayhawks’ women’s soccer program. During her one season in Lawrence, the Jayhawks collected 10 victories and advanced to the finals of the Big 12 Championship Tournament.
We are proud to have Shannon as a new member of our coaching staff,” A-State soccer coach Brian Dooley said. “Her playing career ranges from a youth national team player to a standout student-athlete.
