JONESBORO, Ark. (11/2/18) – The Arkansas State women’s volleyball team defeated Texas State to snap the Bobcats’ 17-game win streak in five sets (25-18, 25-17, 25-19, 25-18, 15-13) Friday night at First National Bank Arena.
With the win, A-State moves to 16-10 overall and 8-5 in Sun Belt action while the Bobcats fell to 22-6 overall and 13-1 in conference.
“Give credit to the assistant coaches and their hard work over the last three marches, said A-State head coach David Rehr. “Texas State had a great game plan coming in but our players were able to adjust during the game to be able to win an incredible volleyball match.
