MOBILE, Ala. (10/14/25) – The Arkansas State football team (3-4, 2-1 SBC) trailed by two points with three seconds remaining at South Alabama (1-6, 0-3 SBC), but Clune Van Andel converted a 38-yard field goal as time expired to secure the 15-14 victory on Tuesday night at Hancock Whitney Stadium.
Kyle Taylor led the Red Wolves' defense with 14 tackles while Aaron Alexander also reached double-digits with 10. Ethan Hassler and Demarcus Hendricks accounted for one sack apiece and the team tallied six tackles for loss.
