Tim Holland Jr. Signs With A-State Men’s Basketball

JONESBORO, Ark. (6/24/20) – Arkansas State men's basketball head coach Mike Balado announced Wednesday that forward Tim Holland Jr. has signed a grant-in-aid to join the 2020-21 roster.

A top-100 JUCO player, Holland spent his sophomore season at Palm Beach State College. Holland played in 28 games making 27 starts while averaging 15.7 points and 11.1 rebounds. He shot 54.9 percent (186-339) from the field while blocking 60 shots, 23rd-most in NJCAA. His 224 defensive rebounds ranked seventh while his 311 total rebounds ranked him 13th in NJCAA. Finishing with 19 double-doubles on the season, Holland posted double figures in 24 games while pulling down double figure rebounds in 21 games.
