JONESBORO -- Arkansas State defensive end Chris Odom's altered mindset and improved practice habits have led to a season in which he led the Sun Belt Conference in sacks and earned first-team all-conference honors.
Now, entering the final week of his college casreer, Odom said he's not about to slow down.
Odom said he'd rather be able to look back on his final game at ASU -- Saturday's Cure Bowl in Orlando, Fla. against Central Florida -- as a winning bowl experience, something that hasn't happened since his freshman season.
"Winning a bowl game has been kind of a lost feeling around here," Odom said, referring to losses to Toledo in the GoDaddy Bowl after the 2014 season and last year's loss to Louisiana Tech in the New Orleans Bowl.
